GARMIN EPIX Pro Long-Term Usage Review

自己做-蚵仔煎

這一陣子常看著蚵仔煎老闆煎炒的過程,越看越有興趣,突然想到自己來做營養、衛生、蚵仔多的蚵仔煎吧

以下是做第二份的步驟,第一份已經被吃掉了忘記拍照

準備材料,小白菜一份一把

洗蚵仔的時候手要輕柔,用摸的把殼挑出來

粉漿的比例,地瓜粉:太白粉:水=1:2:5 (我自己想的,跟食譜不太一樣)

放一點油,先把蚵仔放下去,稍微分散一點,等一下粉漿下去黏住的時候才好翻面,吃的時候也比較平均能在每一口都分配到一顆以上

粉漿的厚度大約和蛋皮一樣厚會最好吃,這是在吃第一盤之後體悟出來的

自己在家裡我都只買土雞蛋,雖然大小不一,顏色不一,有時候還有雞屎,但是這才是健康的雞蛋,外面攤販不可能下這麼重的本

敲蛋下鍋之後戳破蛋黃,用鍋鏟鋪散開,不沾鍋切記用木鏟,才不會刮傷鍋子產生不好的物質

上桌囉,旁邊那是第一盤,被吃掉了

淋上醬汁看起來就像夜市的蚵仔煎一樣了,醬汁是跟菜市場賣糕類的攤販買的,真的好好吃,我和老婆還有兩個小的吃掉了三盤,現在看到照片又想吃了。

心得:蚵仔和青菜是主角,放多一點就好吃,粉漿的份量和蛋一樣最好吃,醬汁也很重要,醬汁如果買罐頭類的可能吃起來就不像夜市的味道了。
